Full training and ongoing support is available throughout the lifetime of the business. You will be responsible for managing your franchise business and therefore no cleaning will be done by yourself.

We want you to succeed and have developed over five years a thorough Training and Support programme. We also monitor franchisee websites, emails and social media sites for quality assurance and brand consistency. This benefits us, our franchisees,their clients and guarantees the future of the brand.

Our Training and Support Programme includes:

  • Advise on preparing to start up your business including opening a bank account, marketing, PAYE registration, getting compliant, cash flow etc.
  • Intensive training on how to run a residential cleaning business
  • Recruitment and training of your new cleaning team
  • Administration and reporting with training on our bespoke software
  • HR and H & S including employment law, coshh etc
  • Promotional strategies and our sales process
  • Customer management
  • Working with the Franchisor
